Your visit with us
If you come to us with your animal, please register at reception first. Small animals enter the practice via the main entrance, while horses are brought in via the gate under the canopy on the west side of the building.
If you are visiting us for the first time, we will ask you to complete a registration form. This enables us to record all the important information about your animal right at the start.
We make every effort to keep waiting times as short as possible for you. Horses are welcome to stretch their legs in the yard or in the indoor arena by prior arrangement. If you arrive with a restless small animal, you are welcome to take a short walk. Please report back to reception on your return.

In our practice you can pay conveniently in cash, by EC card or credit card.
We kindly ask customers residing in France for immediate direct payment – Please note that checks are not accepted.
If you wish to installment payment please do not hesitate to contact us. Together we will find an individual solution.
